Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create a new task?
Tap the add button on the main screen to create a new task. Enter your task details and save.
How do I delete a task?
Swipe left on any task to reveal the delete option, or open the task and use the delete action.
Is my data backed up?
Your task data is stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, your data may be automatically backed up as part of your device backup.
How do I restore my data on a new device?
If you restore your new device from an iCloud or iTunes backup that includes TaskZero, your data should be restored automatically.
How do I report a bug?
Please email us at taskzero@simplecore.org with a description of the issue, your device model, and iOS version. Screenshots are helpful!
