Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using TaskZero ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
License
Subject to these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Rent, lease, or lend the App to third parties
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Subscription Terms
TaskZero offers auto-renewable subscription options for premium features:
Subscription Options
- Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly
- Annual Subscription: Billed annually
Billing
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price you originally purchased.
Managing Subscriptions
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your device and account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring that your use of the App complies with applicable laws
- Backing up your data as appropriate
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SimpleCore and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SIMPLECORE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
